We were appointed by Mr & Mrs Simmonds to obtain planning permission for the demolition of an existing circa 1960’s detached dwelling, with a view to the erection of a substantial replacement family dwelling. We worked closely with the Local Authority Planning & Conservation team to tailor a dwelling that met the requirements of Mr & Mrs Simmonds whilst at the same time responding positively to its environment. Upon receipt of the planning approval, we were subsequently engaged by Mr & Mrs Simmonds to obtain Building Regulations approval & to administer the contract formally through to completion.
