Petwood Oaks is an exclusive, gated, residential development, located to the northwest of The Petwood Hotel, Woodhall Spa. The development was in-effect an enabling project, that generated funds to facilitate the restoration of the wonderful Peto Gardens, in the grounds of the Petwood Hotel.

As a Practice, we visited key buildings in the vicinity, to build up a library of vernacular details, which were incorporated into the design detailing of each dwelling. The Planning Officer commended Heronswood Design for the high quality design scheme.

The properties are a collection of large, four and five bedroom dwellings, set within immaculately landscaped grounds.
