Stirlin Point represented an opportunity for Heronswood Design to collaborate with valued local contractor, Stirlin Developments.

The project involved the masterplanning of a medium scale commercial development, coupled with turnkey design and construction phases for a number of different clients, along with a portion of speculative development.

The well-established, contemporary, commercial development highlights the proactive design services the Practice offers to its developer client base. The site now houses the Headquarters of the original client Stirlin, and our own Heronswood Design offices, where we have been housed since 2015.
