We were appointed post planning approval, by a valued client, who saw great potential in delivering a sympathetic scheme in the desirable village of Nettleham. The development is located on the site of a former garage, resulting in extensive tank removal and clean-up works.

The traditional form and palette of materials sits harmoniously within the street-scene, and comfortably as a backdrop to the All Saints parish church.

The scheme compromises a mix of two and three bedroom house and bungalows, with a shared parking courtyard. The development was nominated for, and was a shortlisted finalist of the East Midlands LABC Building Excellence Awards in 2015, in two categories.
