We worked closely with our client Lindum, and North Kesteven District Council, during the Planning, Building Regulations and Construction phases of this project, to assist in the expansion of the Local Authorities Affordable Housing Portfolio.
The Grinter Close regeneration scheme features 16 new high-quality homes, with a range of two-bedroom flats, two-bedroom bungalows, two and three-bedroom homes and a four-bedroom house. The new homes have all been designed and constructed efficiently, in line with the ‘fabric first’ approach adopted by NKDC.
The project also involved the refurbishment of the existing Grinter House, which provides 16 flats, re-configured, so importantly each now has its own entrance.
