This impressive project, located along the ‘cliff top’ at Burton, saw Planning Approval obtained for the demolition of an existing dwelling, to be replaced with a 3-storey dwelling and associated annex, within a Conservation Area.

The main dwelling proposal utilises the sloping topography of the site to appear as modest 2-storey property (akin to the existing dwelling to be demolished) from the main road, but is a 3 storey dwelling to the rear.

It is wonderful to see the proposals evolve from our initial concept sketches, all the way through to completion. The dwelling and annex are completed to the highest quality.
