We were appointed by a longstanding client to re-design the site and dwellings, to maximise the development’s potential.

We focused on the prime plots, having their rear gardens facing in a westerly direction, with views over open countryside. We also increased the dwellings footprints, with the additional of single storey abutments, that enabled the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas.

The use of quality materials, and a high standard of finish, has resulted in a fantastic development, that is a credit to all involved. The dwelling was a shortlisted finalist at the LABC Regional Awards for Best Small Housing Development 2016.
