The project brief was to completely overhaul the dated 1960s dwelling, with a contemporary approach. Our client wanted a striking property, that took advantage of the view over Lincoln Cathedral.

It is a perfect example of what can be achieved with positive, proactive and collaborative teamwork – between Heronswood Design, the client and Lincoln City Council (Planning and Conservation). The result, is a statement piece of high-quality architectural design, located within the heart of Lincoln’s Conservation Area, where every detail has been fully considered.

The project was voted as the winner of the City of Lincoln Council ‘Good Design Awards’ 2023 in the category of ‘Minor Residential Development’.
