Our client appointed us to create modern, open-plan, living and entertaining space extension to their wonderful Grade II Listed Building, that had a strong relationship with their garden.

We took their initial concept through the Planning and Building Regulations stages, as well as overseeing the construction phase, with a full Contract Administration service.

The project features large, dark aluminium sliding doors and a matching box-bay window, as well as a slim flat roof projection, that contrasts with the traditional Lincolnshire limestone facing material.
